All OPFAC Owners

Subject: OPFAC Status Reporting Procedures

Our District's Auxiliary leadership and our active duty commanders require up-to-date status information on all Auxiliary  OPFACs. This information is used to provide our leadership with a summary of our OPFACs' availability at their request and will also be used on a weekly basis to update Sector Command Centers. We need you, the OPFAC owner, to provide this information, and keep it updated, as it changes during the year. Your OPFAC's status may be "Green (BRAVO)" or "Red (CHARLIE)". Green (BRAVO) means ready for operations. Red (CHARLIE) means non-operational status.

We have two forms

  1. OPFAC Master Form is the long form for each OPFAC to be included in the Report and/or major changes and add comments.
  2. OPFAC Status Quick Form is the short form to change the OPFAC Status (as in Red (CHARLIE) or Green (BRAVO))  and add comments.
  • Each Division (01-02) has their own page.
  • Each OPFAC has a thumbnail photo that is linked to large format photos.
  • All OPFAC owners will need to email photos in of their OPFAC's (Please include OPFAC Number) to D17cgauxalaska@gmail.com . Please put OPFAC Photo in subject line.
  • These pages will be updated as info is turned in. Sometimes it may take 24 hours to see updates.
